This gluten free, corn free, dairy free (allergen friendly) recipe is sticky-sweet and tender.

Ingredients
- 5 lbs. Pork shoulder (trimmed, but bone-in)
- 1 cup T Honey
- ¾ cup Soy sauce
- ¾ cup hoisin sauce
- 2 T sesame oil
- 3 T Minced garlic
- 2 teaspoon Chinese five-spice powder
- 3 T Cherry Juice
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the honey, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, garlic, cherry juice, and five-spice.
- Cut the pork into 1 to 2-inch by about ½ to ¾ inch slices.
- Add the pork to the sauce and turn a few times to coat all sides well.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or up to 24 hours.
- Add 2 T avocado oil to your electric skillet and set the temperature to medium.
- Add the pork and marinade to the skillet. You may need to do a few batches.
This pairs well with fried rice, noodles, or buns.
