Ingredients
- 2 lb. salmon, cut into approximately 4×5-inch steaks
- Extra-virgin olive oil
- Sea salt
- 2 T maple syrup or honey
- 1 T Lemon juice
- 2 T Minced garlic
- 2 t Paprika
- 1 T Minced ginger
- Dash of cayenne pepper
Directions
- Rinse the salmon and pat it dry.
- Rub the salmon with olive oil and season with salt.
- Fry salmon for 10 minutes at 390° F.
- Make the glaze: In a small bowl, mix maple syrup or honey, lemon juice, garlic, ginger, paprika, and pepper.
- Brush glaze on the salmon and fry for another minute or until it flakes.
