This is a staple for us, especially for our hamburger patties.
Ingredients
| 1 cup Italian white vinegar |
| 4 Tbsp gluten-free soy sauce |
| 4 Tbsp water |
| 2 Tbsp brown sugar |
| ½ tsp ground ginger |
| ½ tsp dry mustard |
| ½ tsp onion powder |
| ½ tsp garlic powder |
| ¼ tsp cinnamon |
| Dash of cayenne pepper |
Directions
- Place all ingredients in a medium saucepan and stir.
- Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Simmer 1 minute. Cool.
- Pour into a bottle and store in the refrigerator. Lasts indefinitely.
- Makes about 1½ cup.
- Shake well before using.
